You’ve probably seen Lee’s artistry and didn’t know it. As a visual journalist and Senior Illustrator for McClatchy Tribune News Service in Washington D.C., Lee’s illustrations appeared in hundreds of newspapers across the country and the world. His work won many awards – including a bronze Malofiej, and he was a member a Pulitzer Prize-winning news team. After more than three decades, Lee left the world of newspapers in order to fully focus on his art, creating original illustrations, paintings on canvas and sculptures. He also delights in the intersection of art and nature, replicating natural environments in interior spaces.
