About the Role
The Associate Creative Director (ACD) is the anchor and spark for our creative team. You’ll guide concepts, sharpen strategy, and lead the kind of work that turns heads and moves hearts. You’ll be responsible for shaping the creative vision across all client accounts—ensuring we deliver exceptional, insight-driven solutions rooted in strategic thinking and high craft.
You’re not just overseeing others. You’re hands-on, sleeves rolled, steeped in ideas. You lead by doing.

What You’ll Do
Creative (50%)
- Roll up your sleeves and lead by example—ideating, designing, writing, and refining brilliant creative
- Own projects from concept through completion, balancing vision and detail
- Partner with the Creative Director and Art Director to build bold campaigns and standout design
- Collaborate on briefs that blend strategy with creative inspiration
- Shape brand identities with soul, purpose, and strategic clarity
- Participate in client meetings, presentations, and research
- Estimate creative hours and juggle priorities like a pro
- Maintain excellence under tight timelines—without losing your cool
Management (25%)
- Team up with PMs to assign the right creative minds to each project
- Provide clear, constructive feedback that helps creatives grow
- Identify and interview top creative talent
- Foster a creative environment built on mutual respect, open dialogue, and trust
- Keep the team inspired, supported, and aligned
Leadership (25%)
- Be the voice of creative for your accounts—strategic, passionate, persuasive
- Build relationships with clients that go beyond the brief
- Help grow existing business through great work and trust
- Work closely with creative leadership to elevate standards and spark innovation
- Represent the agency with pride—whether in the boardroom or around the campfire
What You Bring
- 10+ years of leading creative in an agency setting
- A rock-solid portfolio that proves your range, taste, and results
- BA in Advertising, Communications, Fine Arts, or related field (or a life that’s taught you just as much)
- Expert in Adobe Creative Cloud: InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and beyond
- Fierce attention to detail, even fiercer ideas
- Magnetic presence, both with teams and clients
- Resilience, optimism, and the guts to go big
- A commitment to collaboration—zero tolerance for egos
